Status

We are working to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but it may up to 5 days to manufacture looms. Our current target build time for Puma controllers is 2 weeks from payment.

Due to the global parts shortages we have had to reduce our range of electrical and electronic items.

BREXIT - VAT ON EU ORDERS

Orders from all customers in the EU will now have the VAT removed in the checkout, and customs declarations attached to packages. All duties and fees for customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Deliveries - UK

Royal Mail postal services for the UK currently operating as normal. If an order is urgent the 'Tracked' delivery option will be quicker.

Deliveries - International

There are likely to be delays at customs for orders into the EU and USA. We HIGHLY recommend upgrading to tracked delivery for orders from the EU and USA.
