Status

For made-to-order items we operate a build queue system to get these done as quickly as possible but it may up to 5 days to manufacture looms. 

Our current target build time for Puma controllers is 2 weeks from payment.

We understand that parts can be urgent if a vehicle is off the road awaiting repair and we will help whenever we can. If an order is urgent please call us on 01295 533848 or email shop@fnltd.co.uk

BREXIT - VAT ON EU ORDERS

Orders from all customers in the EU will now have the VAT removed in the checkout, and customs declarations attached to packages. All duties and fees for customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Deliveries - UK

Royal Mail postal services for the UK currently operating as normal. If an order is urgent the 'Tracked' delivery option will be quicker.

Deliveries - International

There are likely to be delays at customs for orders into the EU and USA. We HIGHLY recommend upgrading to tracked delivery for orders from the EU and USA.
