Product Information

This is the 2 pin female connector kit for the Discovery 2 headlamp washer pump, often used as an upgrade on the L316 Classic Defender.

Also used on the windscreen side of the Discovery 2 heated front screen.

Supplied with 2 terminals and 2 seals.

Pinout for Washer Pump Use:

1. Pump Positive - factory colour = Light Green with Red
2. Pump Negative - factory colour = Black

Recommended wire size = 1.5mm2

Recommended fuse 20A

If used as an upgrade on a Defender, a relay will be required due to the additional current draw of the D2 pump.

Pinout for Discovery 2 Heated Front Screen (Screen Side):

1. Positive - factory colour = Purple with Grey
2. Negative - factory colour = Black

Wire size used is 3.0mm2
